What is a VA?

A VA is a Virtual Assistant who gives secretarial support, mostly online, working from their own home office. We are self-employed and work on an “as and when” basis.

Avocet Business Solutions (ABS) works for both individuals and companies.  All my work is done “out-of-hours” so is not limited to a 9 to 5 routine.
